However if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card we shall immediately contact you regarding your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.
While we work hard to fulfill all your orders, accepting your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfill the order. The order will be fulfilled by delivery of the product ordered (or any agreed substitute product).
In an effort to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards and other payment options we will use reasonable efforts to validate the good faith of each order, however we do not warrant that we can prevent the fraudulent use of such information by unauthorised third parties.
Enchanted Years can only accept payments by credit card, Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal. The accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. Payment must be made with the order.
Personal information (address, credit card number, account number, etc.) is encrypted in an attempt to stop your information being intercepted or read by unauthorised persons. However we do not warrant that our efforts will be successful. Enchanted Years has no access to your bank data, and we do not store your bank or credit card information. You are therefore required to enter your payment details with every order you place with us.
Enchanted Years will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a member whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
Enchanted Years is not liable for any damage caused on your computer equipment arising from computer viruses, worms, spyware programs, or likewise because of connecting to our website. Please ensure your anti-virus software, firewalls and other protection programs are kept up-to-date.

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
If the buyer informs us that he/she has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or refund. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Postage costs (including return postage) will not be refunded.
If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.
Delivery & Postage Costs
We prefer to use Australia Post for all shipping. In an attempt to keep postage costs down , in most instances we charge a $9.50 flat fee for your total order. The exception to this is when ordering large or heavy items in which instance each item will be incur an additional postage charge which will be indicated in the shopping cart.
Large Items = $25 delivery fee per item
Heavy Items = $35 delivery fee per item
