Delivery & Postage Costs

We prefer to use Australia Post for all shipping. In an attempt to keep postage costs down , in most instances we charge a $15.00 flat fee for your total order. The exception to this is when ordering large or heavy items in which instance each item will be incur an additional postage charge which will be indicated in the shopping cart.

Large/Heavy Items - $30 delivery fee per item.

 

Problems, damage and non-delivery

If there is a problem with your product, view our Refunds, repairs and returns section.

If your product has not been delivered or was damaged in transit, view our Products missing or damaged in transit page.
